PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of effectively using resources, such as wasted milk and surplus milk which no longer need to be used.SOLUTION: Expired milk and surplus milk which no longer need to be used are collected into a fermentation container and subjected to lactic acid fermentation resulting in production of yogurt, then the produced yogurt is added into soil or to a foliar environment to inhibit harmful bacteria and at the same time to facilitate the proliferation of effective bacteria. These actions improve microbial environment in soil, and vegetable growth environment, which thereby an agro-environment with reduced amount of agricultural chemicals is indirectly made.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】使われなくなった廃棄牛乳や余剰牛乳などの資源の有効利用方法を提供する。【解決手段】使われなくなった期限切れ牛乳及び余剰牛乳を回収して発酵容器に入れ込み、乳酸発酵を行うことでヨーグルトを生成させ、生成したヨーグルトを土壌内に添加したり、葉面環境に添加し、有害菌の抑制が行われると同時に有効菌の繁殖を促す。これらの作用により土壌内の微生物環境及び植物の生育環境が改善されることで間接的に減農薬農業環境ができる。【選択図】なし
