1. A compound having a structure or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof, a prodrug or metabolite thereof, wherein each of R and R is independently hydrogen or (Ci-C4) alkyl and R4 is hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl, halo (CC) alkyl, (C1-C4) aryl, halo (C1-C4) aryl or (C1-C4) heteroaryl. A compound according to claim 1, wherein each of R and R is independently hydrogen or methyl and R & lt 1 & gt is hydrogen, methyl, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, 4-bromophenyl, 2-furyl or 2-pyridyl. A compound according to claim 2, wherein each of R and R is independently hydrogen and R & lt 1 & gt is hydrogen, methyl, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, 4-bromophenyl, 2-furyl or 2-pyridyl. A compound according to claim 2, wherein R4 is methyl and each R and R independently represents hydrogen. A compound according to claim 2, wherein R & lt 3 & gt is hydrogen and each R and R independently represents methyl.
