A tonometer, according to the present invention, is disclosed. The tonometer, according to the present invention, comprises: an intraocular pressure measurement unit including an air spray nozzle for directing a stream of air onto the cornea of an examinee and a pressure measurement sensor for measuring pneumatic pressure reflected from the cornea； a distance measurement unit measuring the distance between the cornea and the pressure measurement sensor； a first light source unit outputting guide light for aligning the centers of the eye to be examined and the intraocular pressure measurement unit； and a face support unit supporting the face of the examinee such that the intraocular pressure measurement unit is spaced apart from the cornea by a specific distance. The air spray nozzle is disposed at a preset angle to be inclined such that the stream of air is directed onto the center of the cornea. The tonometer, according to the present invention, can allow the examinee to measure his/her own intraocular pressure.본 발명에 따른 안압측정기가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 안압측정기는, 피검자의 각막으로 공기를 분사하는 에어분사노즐, 및 상기 각막으로부터 반사된 공압을 측정하는 압력측정센서를 포함하는 안압 측정부； 상기 각막과 상기 압력측정센서 사이의 거리를 측정하는 거리 측정부； 피검안과 상기 안압 측정부와의 중심 정렬을 위한 가이드 광을 출력하는 제1 광원부； 및 상기 피검자의 안면을 지지하여 상기 안압 측정부가 상기 각막으로부터 특정 간격 이격되도록 하는 안면 지지부를 포함하고, 상기 에어분사노즐이 상기 공기가 상기 각막의 중심부로 분사되도록 미리 설정된 각도로 경사지게 배치된다. 본 발명에 따른 안압측정기는 피검자가 스스로 자신의 안압을 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
