PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a normal operator to process a spatula of a rubbing hand of a tea manufacturing machine without requiring fire-molding and forging to form the spatula to be simply detachable and to improve product quality by facilitating adjustment of a rubbing pressure of the rubbing hand.SOLUTION: A thin steel sheet is cut by laser processing and shaped by press processing, and a reinforcement member and two twin-ear-shaped projection plates are welded onto the rear side of a rubbing pressure surface of a spatula, and a groove for bonding a support shaft provided on a strut is processed on the projection plates. Otherwise, a spatula receiving plate is welded onto the strut side, and a groove to be bonded to the support shaft provided on the spatula side is processed on the spatula receiving plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】製茶機械の揉み手のへらを、火造りと鍛造を必要とせず、普通の作業員で加工出来るようにすると共に、へらの脱着を簡単にできるようにする。揉み手の揉圧の調整を容易にして、製品の品質を向上させる。【解決手段】 薄い鋼板をレーザー加工で切断し、プレス加工で整形し、へらの揉圧面の裏側に補強部材と双耳状の2ケの突起板を溶接し、突起板に支柱に設けた支軸を接合する溝を加工する。又は、支柱側にへら受け板を溶接し、へら受け板にへら側に設けた支軸に接合する溝を加工する。【選択図】図1
