The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) mask device in which: a plurality of LEDs emitting infrared rays to a face of a user are installed on the inside of a mask having an open hole a protection means for preventing light of the LEDs from arriving at eyes while moving forward and backwards in the open hole is formed on the inner surface of the mask and a head fixing band for preventing the LEDs installed on the mask from directly making contact with facial skin is combined with the upper surface of the mask. Thus, skin whitening, skin vitality enhancement, pimple treatment, skin trouble treatment and so on can be performed in a state where the LEDs installed in the mask are not brought into contact with the skin. Moreover, since the light emitted from the LEDs is prevented from directly arriving at the eyes of the user wearing the mask by means of the protection means installed in the mask, glare can be prevented as maximum as possible.
