PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the transparency of the skin by a miniaturized device structure without being affected by the reflection light on the surface of the skin or the ambient light.SOLUTION: The transparency measuring device is used in contact with the surface of the skin. The transparency measuring device includes a light projecting part 2 having an LED 20 for emitting light of a prescribed wavelength for projecting the light from the LED 20 to the skin surface, and an imaging part 3 for capturing the image of the skin surface in a place different from where the light is projected but a place where the projected light is diffused inside.
