A molecular imaging device includes a fluorescent target capsule endoscope and a display device. The capsule endoscope has a light source which can excite the fluorescent material labeled to the antibody and a sensor which can sense the fluorescence of antibody target, such that it accordingly determines a pathologic position based on the fluorescence. The display device electrically connects to the capsule endoscope and therefore outputs images of the pathologic position.
