An ablation device (10), comprises an antenna assembly (12) having an elongated radiating portion (12) extending from a handle portion (13). The radiating portion is configured to deliver energy from a power source to tissue. An imaging device (30) is disposed within a lumen (26) defined coaxially through at least a portion of the radiating portion. The imaging device is configured to generate imaging data corresponding to the tissue and to be movable within the lumen.
