The present invention relates to a biopsy instrument, comprising the following components: i. a guide element (1) comprising a spring-elastic distal (2) region and a proximal (3) region ii. a biofunctionalized element (4) arranged between the distal and the proximal region of the guide element and whose surface has detection molecules, and iii. a stabilizing element (5) connected to the proximal region of the guide element.
