PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility-related technique for stably producing chewing gum having a three-layer structure having center sandwiched in the middle.SOLUTION: A method for producing multi-layer confectionery having an edible material sandwiched between gum and gum uses a production facility for producing a product having a three-layer structure in which candy is sandwiched in the center between chewing gums as upper and lower layers by use of two monoaxial or biaxial extruders.
