PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from entering a female screw part into which a small screw is not screwed in a component-fixing structure of carrying out the whirl-stop by one of the two female screw parts.SOLUTION: The component-fixing structure has a fixing bolt 56, a cover member 57, the small screw 58, the two female screw parts 59a and 59b, and a whirl-stop part 61. The fixing bolt has noncircular head part 56a, and fixes a fixing shaft 43 to a first bail-supporting member 40. At least a part of the cover member is arranged at the outer periphery side of the noncircular head part. The small screw can be screwed into the first bail-supporting member by penetrating the cover member to fix the cover member to the first bail-supporting member. The two female screw parts allow the small screw to be screwed at the same radial position from the center of the fixing bolt, and carry out the whirl-stop of the fixing bolt.
