PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a passage structure for operators to safely use a framework structure made up of braces and beam members.SOLUTION: A fitting plate 131b comprises: a plate body 704, which is laid on a scaffold support member 131c； an U-shaped bolt 705 whose both ends are inserted into bolt holes on the plate body 704； and nuts 706, which hold both ends of the U-shaped bolt 705. A pair of nut holes 701b are formed on a grating member 131a.
