The subject of the invention is a pivotable needle protector serving as a protector against injuries while using hypodermic needles. At the pivotable needle protector (1) according to the invention, the needle (2) is enveloped by a protective tube (3) with a slit on the side and pivotable around a hinge (5), the hinge (5) of the protective tube (3) is connected to an appendix (4) fixed on the part of the needle (2) toward the syringe, in the inside of the protective tube (3) there are valve elements (6) on both sides farthering from the slit (7), functioning as check valve regarding the movement of the needle (2). The solution is characterized by that, before the check valve at least one more valve is formed in the protective tube (3) in direct connection with the needle (2) when moving, preventing only the two-way movement of the needle (2) with the help of one or more flexible valve membranes (8) protruding from the wall of the protective tube (3).El objeto de la invención es un protector de aguja pivotable que sirve como un protector contra lesiones mientras usa agujas hipodérmicas. En el protector de aguja pivotable (1) de acuerdo con la invención, la aguja (2) se envuelve por un tubo protector (3) con una ranura en el lado y pivotable alrededor de una bisagra (5), la bisagra (5) del tubo protector (3) se conecta a un apéndice (4) fijado en la parte de la aguja (2) hacia la jeringa, en el interior del tubo protector (3) existen elementos de válvula (6) en ambos lados muy lejos de la ranura (7), funcionando como válvula de retención con respecto al movimiento de la aguja (2). La solución se caracteriza en que, antes de la válvula de retención al menos una válvula más se forma en el tubo protector (3) en conexión directa con la aguja (2) cuando se mueve, previniendo solamente el movimiento de dos vías de la aguja (2) con la ayuda de una o más membranas de válvula flexibles (8) que sobresalen de la pared del tubo protector (3).
