PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a next-generation-type prefilled syringe including a safety mechanism for preventing a needle-stick accident, while reducing the number of components and the cost.SOLUTION: The syringe includes elastic engagement pieces 11 and an injection needle 5 that are engaged so as to prevent the injection needle 5 from being pulled out from the elastic engagement pieces 11 of a cover 6 in a storage position, toward a base end side, where the engagement is released by enlarged deformation of the elastic engagement pieces 11. A plunger 4 integrally includes a deformation prevention part 41 that covers the outer periphery of the plurality of elastic engagement pieces 11 so as to prevent the engagement between the elastic engagement pieces 11 and the injection needle 5 from being released by enlarged deformation of the elastic engagement pieces 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
