PURPOSE: A crutch is provided to reducing manufacturing costs through an injection molding and to be expressed in various colors. CONSTITUTION: A crutch comprises a body, a handle (20), an adjustment rod (40), a ground contact unit (50), a spring, and a coupling unit. A support (11) is integrated with the upper part of the body through an injection molding. A bolt unit coupled to a screw fastening hole (12) of the body is extended to both sides of the handle. The adjustment rod is accommodated in the adjustment rod accommodation unit of the body, is formed with a screw coupling surface on the upper part thereof, and is formed with a protrusion and an extension unit on the lower part thereof. The ground contact unit is inserted into the lower part of the adjustment rod. One side of the spring contacts the protrusion of the ground contact unit. The other side of the spring contacts the bottom surface of the first accommodation unit of the ground contact unit.
