The present invention relates to an integral injection-molded wax foundation of which a honeycomb has excellent hardness and, more specifically, to new technology that allows a wax foundation to be integrally injection molded, and also, dramatically increases the support and hardness of the honeycomb by keeping the tension of wires to which the honeycomb is attached, taut. A conventional wax foundation previously disclosed, since it is manufactured using wood resistant to warping for upper and lower frames, incurs an extremely high cost for raw material (wood), is impossible to mass-produce, and due to a low tension of wires, even when improved, runs the risk of the honeycomb coming off of the wax foundation under load as the amount of honey collected in the honeycomb increases. To address the aforementioned problems at once, the present invention has the honeycomb attached to the wax foundation where the upper and lower frames and a pair of side frames are integrally injection molded, by using wires, wherein while externally curved bodies formed on the side frames laterally pull the wires taut, internally curved bodies formed on the upper and lower frames cause the externally curved bodies to spread apart externally, thus further increasing the tension of the wires, such that the hardness of the honeycomb attached to the wires is dramatically increased.본 발명은 순밀소초의 강도가 우수한 일체사출형 소초광에 관한 것으로, 특히 소초광을 사출성형으로 일체화 제조함은 물론 순밀소초가 부착되는 와이어의 긴장력을 팽팽하게 유지하여 순밀소초의 지지력 및 강도를 대폭 향상하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다.종래에 개시된 소초광은 상프레임 및 하프레임은 휨 발생이 적은 목재를 이용하여 제조함으로써 원자재(목재)의 값이 너무 비싸고 대량생산이 불가하고, 와이어의 긴장력을 향상함에도 긴장력이 작아 순밀소초에 채집되는 꿀의 양이 증가함에 따라 하중에 의하여 순밀소초가 소초광으로부터 이탈될 우려가 상존하고 있다.본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 상프레임과 하프레임 및 한 쌍의 측프레임이 사출성형으로 일체화된 소초광에 와이어를 이용하여 순밀소초를 부착하도록 하고, 와이어를 상기 측프레임에 형성된 외향 만곡체가 양측으로 팽팽하게 잡아당김과 아울러 상, 하프레임에 형성된 내향 만곡체가 상기 외향 만곡체를 외향으로 벌려주면서 긴장력을 더욱 높여 와이어에 부착된 순밀소초의 강도를 대폭 강화할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
