PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant material having an elastic modulus comparable to that of a bone and having high strength, and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: Fine particles of pure titanium or a titanium alloy are accelerated together with a gas, are made to blow still in a solid phase state toward a substrate composed of a titanium alloy and are deposited thereon so as to form a porous film, and the porous film is heat treated. It is preferable that an average particle diameter of the fine particles of pure titanium or the titanium alloy is 30-150 μm, temperature of the gas accelerated together with the fine particles of pure titanium or the titanium alloy is 400-800°C, and pressure thereof is 2-4 MPa. The heat treatment is preferably conducted in a condition of 600-1,000°C and 1-4 hours in an argon atmosphere.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨と近い弾性率を有するとともに高い強度を有する、インプラント材料とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】チタン合金からなる基材上に、純チタン又はチタン合金の粉体をガスとともに加速し基材上に固相状態のままで吹き付けて堆積させて多孔質皮膜を形成し、多孔質皮膜を熱処理した。純チタン又はチタン合金の粉体の平均粒径は30~150μm、純チタン又はチタン合金の粉体とともに加速されるガスは温度が400~800℃であり圧力が2~4MPaであることが好ましい。熱処理はアルゴン雰囲気中600~1000℃、1~4時間の条件で行われることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
