AQUAPORIN EXPRESSION ENHANCER CONTAINING SASA VEITCHII EXTRACT PREPARATION AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT AND HEALING PROMOTER CONTAINING THE SAME AS WELL AS PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agents for use in healing agent compositions containing as an active ingredient Sasa veitchii extract in which variation in medicinal effects due to factors such as production area, collection year, extract extraction method, and the like is reduced and effective quality is guaranteed.SOLUTION: We found that a purified concentrated extract with low polarity obtained by separating and fractioning by reverse-phase chromatography the purified and concentrated extract fractionated from Sasa veitchii hot water extraction fraction into water-immiscible solvent has an aquaporin expression-enhancing activity and a hair papilla cell proliferation-enhancing activity. This provides an active ingredient of a medicament or food having a healing promoting effect based on the aquaporin expression enhancer and hair papilla cell proliferation enhancement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】産地、採取年度、エキス抽出法などの要因による、薬効のばらつきを低減した、効果品質の保証されたクマザサエキスを有効成分として含む治癒剤組成物に用いるための薬剤を提供すること。【解決手段】クマザサ熱水抽出分画から水非混和性溶剤に分画された精製濃縮エキスを逆相クロマトグラフィーにより分離分画された低極性の精製濃縮エキスがアクアポリン発現亢進活性および毛乳頭細胞増殖亢進作用を有することを見出した。これにより、アクアポリン発現亢進剤および毛乳頭細胞増殖亢進に基づく、治癒促進効果のある医薬や食品の有効成分が提供される。【選択図】図１
