Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues Trockenkonzentrat zur Herstellung medizinischer Lösungen, insbesondere Dialyselösunge, die Elektrolyt-, Puffer-Komponenten und ein Osmotikum enthalten, wobei das Konzentrat Magnesiumkarbonat anstelle von Magnesiumchlorid enthält. Die Verwendung von Magnesiumkarbonat als Elektrolyt vermeidet die Bildung von Slurries. Durch die Verwendung von wasserfreier Glukose als Osmotikum, und optional räumliche Trennung dieses Osmotikums von den anderen Komponenten vermeidet zusätzlich das Auftreten von &ldquorCaking&rdquo im Konzentrat. Das Auftreten von &ldquorCaking&rdquo wird ferner dadurch verbessert, dass die Pufferkomponente Natriumhydrogenkarbonat zusammen mit Natriumchlorid von allen anderen Komponenten isoliert vorgelegt wird. Dieses Konzentrat eignet sich besonders zur Anwendung in Mehrkammerbeutelsystemen.
