PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and improve operability by dispensing with a sliding structure in a ground operation tool, and further, prevent rotational turning of the ground tool unless the ground operation tool is operated for a traveling operation outside the vehicle.SOLUTION: A ground operation tool 10 can freely changes an attitude among: a storage attitude where a handle part 48 is erected along the front end of a traveling machine body 2 an operation preparation attitude where the handle part 48 is rotationally turned forward from the storage attitude and a traveling operation attitude where the arm part 47 is rotationally downward turned according to the depressing operation of the handle part 48 in the operation preparation attitude.
