This ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus which irradiates an affected site in a patient's eye with a therapeutic laser beam is provided with: a laser irradiation optical system for irradiating the patient's eye with a therapeutic laser beam； an illumination optical system for illuminating the patient's eye with slit light； an observation optical system for obtaining an observation image of the patient's eye illuminated with the slit light； a display unit for displaying an ophthalmic diagram； a presentation means for presenting the observation image and the ophthalmic diagram to a practitioner； and a display control means for displaying the ophthalmic diagram on the display unit. The ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus is further provided with an eyepiece lens which is provided to the observation optical system and which is for observing the observation image； meanwhile, the display unit is disposed in the observation optical system. The observation image is an optical observation image of the patient's eye.
