PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an increase in a burden on a body of a patient while performing sampling of used dialysis fluid in a dialysis system.SOLUTION: A dialysis system includes a dialyzer 60 and a hemodialyzer 30, and further includes an upstream side dialysis fluid line DC1 and a downstream side dialysis fluid line DC2 between the dialyzer 60 and the hemodialyzer 30. When sampling of used dialysis fluid is not performed (state A), an inflow pump 24 and an outflow pump 26 are controlled so that a discharge amount of dialysis fluid by the outflow pump 26 is equal to an introduction amount of dialysis fluid by the inflow pump 24. When sampling is performed (state B), on the other hand, the inflow pump 24 and the outflow pump 26 are controlled so that a sum total of the discharge amount of dialysis fluid by the outflow pump 26 and an amount of dialysis fluid sampled in a syringe 91 is equal to a sum total of the introduction amount of dialysis fluid by the inflow pump 24 and an amount of eliminated water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】透析システムにおいて、使用済透析液のサンプリングを行ないつつ、患者の身体にかかる負担を増加させないこと。【解決手段】透析システムは、透析装置60と血液透析器30とを備え、さらに、透析装置60と血液透析器30との間に、上流側透析液ラインDC1および下流側透析液ラインDC2を備える。使用済透析液のサンプリングが行なわれていないときには(状態A)、排出用ポンプ26による透析液の排出量が流入用ポンプ24による透析液の導入量と等しくなるように、流入用ポンプ24および排出用ポンプ26が制御される。一方、サンプリング中は(状態B)、排出用ポンプ26による透析液の排出量とシリンジ91においてサンプリングされた透析液の量との和が流入用ポンプ24による透析液の導入量と徐水量との和に等しくなるように、流入用ポンプ24および排出用ポンプ26が制御される。【選択図】図1
