The present invention provides functional food for preventing Ebola virus, which is capable of being simply produced using natural medicinal ingredients by: washing the natural medicinal ingredients comprising 30 g of Astragalus membranaceus root, 30 g of Rehmannia glutinosa root, 20 g of Lithospermum erythrorhizon, 50 g of Cirsium japonicum, 60 g of Rhododendron indicum, 70 g of safflower seeds, 70 g of Hinoki cypress, 60 g of Chinese matrimony vine fruit, 100 g of Adenophora triphylla var. japonica Hara root, 80 g of Korean angelica root, and 100 g of jujube putting the washed natural medicinal ingredients into a hemp cloth wrapper inserting the hemp cloth wrapper containing the natural medicinal ingredients together with 10 kg of clean water into a medicine boiling pot and heating the natural medicinal ingredients and water at a temperature of 100 to 200°C for 3 to 5 hours, thereby infusing the natural medicinal ingredients in water. The functional food does not have an adverse reaction when being administered since the natural medicinal ingredients are used, and is capable of preventing diseases caused by Ebola virus, i.e., a viral disease particularly by comprising a plurality of ingredients for strengthening immunity against virus.
