The present invention relates to a micro-screw system and a method for synthesizing an oral image file by using the same. The micro-screw system more accurately performs an image synthesis procedure between scan images and computer tomographic images for producing an implant surgical template, and can accurately seat and maintain a produced implant surgical template when the template is inserted in the oral cavity. More specifically, the micro-screw system comprises: a micro-screw transplanted in a gum position of an edentulous region having a predetermined interval from a gum position in which a prosthetic implant is transplanted in the oral cavity and a scan cover screwed to the top of the micro-screw to cover and include the top front surface of the at least one micro-screw. Moreover, the micro-screw system comprises: a micro-screw transplanted in a gum position of an edentulous region having a predetermined interval from a gum position in which a prosthetic implant is transplanted in the oral cavity and an anchor cover screwed to the top of the micro-screw to cover and include the top front surface of the micro-screw.
