The present invention relates to acquisition of customized materials and meal plans using figure 1, 2, and 3. An inventor of the present invention has treated people with special three meals which are prepared by inserting medicinal herbs into a pottery, putting the pottery into a rice cooker, and then steaming the same, wherein the meal has effects of protecting internal organs.
