PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device which minimizes influence by contact friction of an insertion part of an endoscope with an inner wall of a duct having such complicated shape that a plurality of folded parts are continuously provided, so as to easily insert the endoscope, even when such a duct is used.
SOLUTION: The endoscope device includes: the endoscope which includes the insertion part 8 composed of a flexible tube body 8A and provided with an observation means at its chip side an elastic wire rod 20 which is disposed along the tube body 8A and can be restored from a bent state together with the tube body 8A a hood 3 which is provided at the chip side of the insertion part 8 and overhangs to the outer periphery and a fluid jetting means which jets fluid toward the leading end side from the base end side of the endoscope.
