The present invention relates to vesicles derived from a strain of the genus Streptococcus and uses thereof. The present inventors have experimentally confirmed that compared to a normal person, the vesicles have been significantly reduced in clinical samples of patients with liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, cirrhosis, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, diabetes, Parkinson&prime；s disease, dementia, and disease of oral cavity, and that when administered with the vesicles isolated from the strain, the secretion of inflammatory mediators due to pathogenic vesicles, such as E. coli-derived vesicles, is significantly suppressed.
