PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel targeted temozolomide cationic liposome-based drug delivery system.SOLUTION: The present invention provides methods of preparing ligand-targeted (e.g., antibody- or antibody fragment-targeted) liposomes useful for delivery of liposomes to tumors, including brain tumors. Active ingredients to be delivered include temozolomide, melphalan, atropine, or the like.
