PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel targeted temozolomide cationic liposome-based drug delivery system.SOLUTION: The present invention provides methods of preparing ligand-targeted (e.g., antibody- or antibody fragment-targeted) liposomes useful for delivery of liposomes to tumors, including brain tumors. Active ingredients to be delivered include temozolomide, melphalan, atropine, or the like. Additional cancers that can be treated with the liposomes include neuroendocrine tumors, melanoma, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, urogenital cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, liposarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, chorioma, pancreatic cancer, retinoblastoma, and other types of cancer.【課題】新規な標的化されたテモゾロミドのカチオン性リポソーム系薬物送達システムの提供。【解決手段】脳腫瘍を含む腫瘍へのリポソームの送達に有用な、リガンド標的化（例えば、抗体標的化、または抗体フラグメント標的化）リポソームを調製する方法。送達される有効成分として、テモゾロミド、メルファラン、アトロピンなどを含む。本リポソームで治療可能なさらなる癌には、神経内分泌腫瘍、黒色腫、前立腺癌、頭頸部癌、卵巣癌、肺癌、肝臓癌、乳癌、泌尿生殖器癌、胃癌、結腸直腸癌、子宮頸癌、脂肪肉腫、横紋筋肉腫、絨毛腫、膵臓癌、網膜芽腫、および他の種類の癌が挙げられる。【選択図】なし
