The present invention relates to an optical lens comprising a substrate (2) transparent, a liquid (4) deposited on the substrate (2) and constituting the optical center of the lens, said liquid (4) being encapsulated on the substrate (2) hermetically by means of a thin polymer layer (6). Said substrate (2) is made from an elastomer material. The present invention further relates to a process for modifying the focal length of such optical lens comprising applying an external force (F) on said optical lens to deform the substrate (2) to change its focal length.La présente invention concerne une lentille optique comprenant un substrat (2) transparent, un liquide (4) déposé sur le substrat (2) et constituant le milieu optique de la lentille, ledit liquide (4) étant encapsulé sur le substrat (2) hermétiquement au moyen d&rsquoune couche mince de polymère (6).
