The present invention relates to a novel tracheal cannula (10), which allows patients to speak who receive artificial respiration with compressed-air. The tracheal cannula according to the invention makes this possible without the risk that saliva or stomach content is aspirated and without the occurrence of a loss of pressure during the respiration. This is achieved by an embodiment of the cannula having a separated speaking conduit (12) and respiration conduit (11). Furthermore, the invention relates to a speaking respiration system that can be connected to the tracheal cannula of the present invention, and that when used in a patient monitors and controls the respiration of the patient, and simulates an artificial exhalation that enables the tracheostomized patient to speak.La présente invention concerne une nouvelle canule trachéale qui permet à des patients qui reçoivent une respiration artificielle à air comprimé de parler. La canule trachéale selon linvention rend cette opération possible sans le risque que la salive ou le contenu de lestomac ne soit aspiré et sans lapparition dune perte de pression pendant la respiration. Ceci est obtenu par un mode de réalisation de la canule ayant un conduit de parole et un conduit de respiration séparés. En outre, linvention concerne un système de respiration par la parole qui peut être relié à la canule trachéale de la présente invention et qui, lorsquil est utilisé dans un patient, surveille et commande la respiration du patient, et simule une expiration artificielle qui permet au patient trachéotomisé de parler.
