PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell cryopreservation container which is unlikely to be broken in housing a cell or in the use under an environment at an ultra-low temperature.SOLUTION: A cell cryopreservation container 1 is configured by welding a peripheral edge part of a first sheet-like member 40 of a resin and a peripheral edge part of a second sheet-like member 50 of a resin. The first sheet-like member 40 includes a first flat wall part 41 of a plane shape, a first end wall part 42 which bends and extends from a peripheral edge of the first flat wall part 41, and a first outer edge part 43 which bends and extends outward from an end part of the first end wall part 42.
