PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding-preventing member which is attached to an upper surface of a weed-cutting blade rotatably disposed at the tip portion of a rotation shaft of a weeding machine to efficiently cut off weeds, vines and the like to be wound on the rotation shaft.SOLUTION: A winding-preventing member is formed of a plate, and comprises a disk-like base to be fixed to the upper surface of the cutting blade, and a first winding-preventing blades and a second winding-preventing blades alternately extended from the outer peripheral edge of the base. The first winding-preventing blades are projected from the outer peripheral edge of the base in the obliquely outer upper direction at a tilted angle, and cutting blades are disposed in the rotation direction front edge portions. The second winding-preventing blades are projected from the outer peripheral edge of the base in the obliquely outer upper direction at a tilted angle, and are gradually heightened from the rotation direction front edge portions to the rear edge portions, and cutting blades are disposed in the outer peripheral edge portions that binds the front edge portions to the rear edge portions.
