Disclosed are a cultivation facility control system using an actuator and a method thereof. The cultivation facility control system of the present invention comprises: a cultivation facility in which plants grow； a sensor unit disposed in the cultivation facility and having a plurality of sensors measuring at least one of an environmental condition of a placed area and a growth state of the plants； an actuator unit disposed in the cultivation facility and having a plurality of actuators creating environmental conditions required for plants to grow； and a management device setting the cultivation facility into a plurality of areas, receiving and analyzing at least one of environmental condition information for each area and growth state information for each area of the set areas from the sensor unit, and individually or sequentially controlling the actuators based on the analyzed results.본 발명은 엑추에이터를 이용한 재배시설 제어 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 재배시설 제어 시스템은 식물이 생장되는 재배시설, 재배시설 내에 배치되고, 배치된 지역의 환경조건 및 식물의 생장상태 중 적어도 하나의 정보를 측정하는 복수의 센서를 구비하는 센서부, 재배시설 내에 배치되고, 식물이 생장되는데 필요한 환경조건을 조성하는 복수의 엑추에이터(actuator)를 구비하는 엑추에이터부 및 재배시설을 복수개의 지역으로 설정하고, 센서부로부터 설정된 복수개의 지역에 대한 각각의 지역별 환경조건 정보 및 각각의 지역별 생장상태 정보 중 적어도 하나를 수신하여 분석하고, 분석된 결과를 기초로 복수의 엑추에이터를 개별 또는 순차적으로 제어하는 관리 장치를 포함한다.
