The present invention relates to a plant growth management system based on a growth state of a plant, comprising: a cultivation table which provides a predetermined media installation space in which one or more cultivation boxes are placed and installed, wherein the cultivation boxes have a plurality of plants planted therein； a nutrient solution control unit which is installed at one side of the cultivation table and connected by a pipe to at least one of the one or more cultivation boxes placed in the media installation space, to perform supplying or draining of a nutrient solution stored therein； an information collection unit which is installed at one side of the cultivation table to collect growth information of a plant planted in the one or more cultivation boxes placed in the media installation space； and a control unit which determines a growth state of the plant on the basis of the growth information of the plant collected via the information collection unit, wherein the growth state of the plant corresponds either to vegetative growth or generative growth, and controls an operating form of the nutrient solution control unit according to a corresponding growth state.본 발명은 작물 생육상태에 따른 생장 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 다수의 작물이 식재된 적어도 하나 이상의 배지 상자가 안착 설치되는 소정의 배지 설치공간을 제공하는 재배단； 상기 재배단 일측에 설치되며, 상기 배지 설치공간에 안착된 적어도 하나 이상의 배지 상자와 배관을 통해 연결되어 내부에 저장된 양액의 급액 또는 배액을 수행하는 양액조절유닛； 상기 재배단 일측에 설치되어 상기 배지 설치공간에 안착된 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 배지 상자에 식재된 작물의 생육정보를 수집하는 정보수집유닛； 및 상기 정보수집유닛을 통해 수집된 작물의 생육정보를 기반으로 영양생장 혹은 생식성장 중 하나에 해당하는 작물의 생육상태를 판단하여, 해당 생육상태에 따라 상기 양액조절유닛의 작동 형태를 조절하는 제어유닛；을 포함한다.
