The driving module (50) is disposed between the main frame body (10) and the swing assembly (20), and may drive the swing assembly (20) to perform motion of swinging forwards and backwards. The vertebra recovery apparatus performs stretching by using the weight of a user, and achieves the effects of enabling a vertebra to be fully stretched and to be in a normal location.
