PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant storage apparatus capable of highly controlling balance of illuminance to plants at a low cost without controlling light flux of an artificial light source. SOLUTION: The plant storage apparatus is equipped with a case housing 4, to which light from an outside light source 5 is irradiated and in which a culture medium 3 in which a plant is planted is stored and a ceiling panel 2 provided on a light source side of the case housing 4 and transmitting light from the outside light source 5 to the interior of the case housing 4, and the ceiling panel 2 controls balance of illuminance of light from the outside light source 5 to the surface of the culture medium 3.
