The present invention relates to a fumigation control method for felled trees infected with pine wilt disease. More specifically, the fumigation control method comprises the steps of: preparing a fumigation control box for felled trees infected with pine wilt disease, which includes a fumigation sheath cover, a supporting sheet for infected trees, and an inlet for infected trees, wherein the supporting sheet is joined to a lower periphery of the fumigation sheath cover to form a fumigation space, and the inlet for infected trees is formed at least on a part of the fumigation sheath cover； joining the lower periphery of the fumigation sheath cover and the supporting sheet for infected trees； loading felled trees infected with pine wilt disease into the fumigation control box for felled trees infected with pine wilt disease through the inlet for infected trees； introducing a fumigant into the fumigation control box for felled trees infected with pine wilt disease； and sealing the inlet for infected trees to perform a fumigation treatment.
