CONSTITUTION: A vegetation mat(10) including a biodegradation rate controlling member comprises the following: a base member formed with a biodegradable material； a mat unit with a cover member formed with the biodegradable material, combined to the upper side of the base member using a connection unit for forming a filling space on the upper side of the base member； a vegetation member filling the filling space, and including the biodegradation rate controlling member； and seeds inserted into the vegetation member.
