PURPOSE: A production method of planting soil is provided to apply the planting soil on a slope surface of a cut-out area for reducing damages by insects and disease of plants. CONSTITUTION: 100 parts by weight of organic fertilizer, 150 parts by weight of paper sludge, 2 parts by weight of bamboo liquor, 200 parts by weight of decomposed granite soil, and 10 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal are mixed. The organic fertilizer contains livestock excretions, fowl droppings, pulverized fallen leaves, rice hulls, sawdust, rice straws, rice bran, food waste, and sewage sludge including nanosilver powder or nano silver water. The paper sludge is obtained by finely pulverizing paper, soaking in water for loosening, and dehydrating and drying the mixture. The bamboo liquor is obtained by carbonizing bamboo trees, and condensing carbonized gas. The organic fertilizer contains 0.5 parts by weight of nanosilver powder or nano silver water for 100 parts by weight of sewage sludge.
