To provide an allergen adsorption filter device and its manufacturing method, in which a configuration is adopted where allergens are adsorbed to a filter so that allergens causing pollinosis may be reliably removed.SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by the features that: a frame having an opening penetrating on the front and back surfaces by forming a frame member into a square shape； a filter member is attached, which has configuration that a sheet filter material having a width equivalent to the width of the frame has a zigzag repetitive folding structure； the sheet filter material is made of material in which a plurality of small holes in units of μm are provided in large numbers； the liquid anti-allergen solution infiltrates from both front and back surfaces； the liquid anti-allergen solution adheres to the holes of the sheet filter material or at a position near the holes； and the sheet filter member to which the anti-allergen solution adheres is dried, and then made into a filter member by folding it in a mountain-valley zigzag repeating folding structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本発明は、花粉症の原因となっているアレルゲン除去が確実に行える様アレルゲンがフィルタに吸着する構成を採用したアレルゲン吸着フィルタ装置及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、枠部材を方形状に枠組みして表裏面に貫通する開口部を有する枠体を形成し、シート状フィルタ材料を前記枠体の幅と同等の幅を有して、ジグザグ繰り返し折り構造に構成したフィルタ部材が取り付けられ、該シート状フィルタ材料は、μm単位の小さな孔が複数大量に設けられた部材で構成され、表裏面両面から液体状抗アレルゲン溶液が浸潤し、前記シート状フィルタ材料の孔内に、あるいは孔近傍位置に液体状抗アレルゲン溶液が付着してなり、抗アレルゲン溶液が付着したシート状フィルタ部材は乾燥後、山状谷状のジグザグ繰り返し折り構造の状態に折り曲げられて、フィルタ部材とされたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
