Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an anti-sticking blocking fiber thin-film. The method comprises: performing a step of preparing a solution by placing dichloromethane solution and methylformamide solution in a sample bottle and dissolving polycaprolactone in the dichloromethane solution mixed with dimethylformamide solution then performing an electro-spinning process to manufacture the prepared solution into a polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film by using an electro-spinning apparatus and finally, modifying the surface of the polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film and then grafting chitosan or hyaluronic acid. The nano-fiber thin-film manufactured by using polycaprolactone in this invention has many holes for nutrients to flow through, blocking cell penetration and providing better mechanical properties and furthermore, the chitosan or hyaluronic acid is grafted on the surface of the polycaprolactone nano-fiber thin-film to reduce cell attachment so as to achieve an anti-sticking thin-film having dual efficacies.一種製造抗沾黏阻隔纖維薄膜之方法,包括:製備溶液步驟:係將二氯甲烷溶液及甲基甲醯胺溶液放置樣品瓶內,取聚己內酯溶解於二氯甲烷溶液混合二甲基甲醯胺溶液;再進行電紡製程:利用一電紡裝置,將已配製好的溶液由電紡裝置製成一聚己內酯奈米纖維薄膜;最後將該聚己內酯奈米纖維薄膜的表面修飾再接枝幾丁聚醣或玻尿酸;本發明利用聚己內酯製成之奈米纖維薄膜有許多孔洞可供營養物質流通、阻擋細胞穿透且提供良好的機械性質;再於聚己內酯奈米纖維薄膜表面接枝該幾丁聚醣或該玻尿酸以降低細胞貼附,以達到雙重功效之抗沾黏薄膜。10‧‧‧製備溶液步驟20‧‧‧電紡製程步驟30‧‧‧表面修飾步驟
