A GITR binding antibody, or an antigen binding fragment thereof, for use in a method of treating cancer, the method comprising administering an effective amount of a combination therapy comprising administering the GITR binding antibody, or a antigen binding fragment thereof, and administering a chemotherapeutic agent to a subject having cancer； wherein the GITR binding antibody or the antigen binding fragment acts as a GITR agonist； wherein the chemotherapeutic agent causes death of cancer cells in the subject or exerts an antiproliferative effect on cancer cells in the subject； and wherein the GITR binding antibody or the antigen binding fragment acts synergistically with the chemotherapeutic agent.Un anticuerpo de enlazamiento a GITR, o un fragmento de enlazamiento a antígeno del mismo, para uso en un método para tratar cáncer, comprendiendo el método administrar una cantidad efectiva de una terapia de combinación que comprende administrar el anticuerpo de enlazamiento a GITR, o un fragmento de enlazamiento a antígeno del mismo, y administrar un agente quimioterapéutico a un sujeto que tiene cáncer； en donde el anticuerpo de enlazamiento a GITR o el fragmento de enlazamiento a antígeno actúa como un agonista de GITR； en donde el agente quimioterapéutico produce muerte de células cancerosas en el sujeto o ejerce un efecto antiproliferativo sobre células cancerosas en el sujeto； y en donde el anticuerpo de enlazamiento a GITR o el fragmento de enlazamiento a antígeno actúa de manera sinérgica con el agente quimioterapéutico.
