The present invention relates to a urinal device capable of a urine test and, more specifically, relates to a kit capable of carrying out a diabetes test installed in the urinal device. Accordingly, if a user requests the urine test, the kit rotates and temporarily stops on a position to carry out the urine test so as to cause a reaction in a stopped state by contacting with urine； and the reacted kit is photographed by a camera to be compared with a comparison group, thus the diabetes test being able to automatically be carried out when the user urinates. More specifically, the urinal device capable of the urine test is characterized in that a vending machine for a urine test (100), into which a test form which a user desires to have is able to be inputted； is installed in an upper part of a urinal (10)； a disk type panel (200) and a motor to drive the disk type panel (200) are arranged on both side surfaces of the urinal； a desired test paper (4) rotates to be positioned on a center of the urinal by driving the motor and rotating the disk type panel when the user input a desired test form； and the urine test is displayed on a display device (160).본 발명은 요검사 겸용 소변기 장치에 있어서, 특히 소변기 장치에 당뇨 검사를 실시할 수 있는 키트를 설치하여 사용자가 소변검사를 요청하면 상기 키트가 회전하여 소변검사 위치에 임시 정지시키며, 이 상태에서 소변과 접촉하여 반응이 일어나도록하고, 반응이 일어난 키트는 카메라로 촬영하여 대조군과 비교함으로서 소변을 보면서 당뇨 검사를 자동으로 실시할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 요검사 겸용 소변기 장치에 관한 것으로,소변기(10)의 상부에 사용자가 원하는 검사 형태를 입력할 수 있는 소변검사 자판기(100)를 설치하고, 소변기의 양사이드면에 디스크형 패널(200) 및 상기 디스크형 패널을 구동할 수 있는 모터(210)를 구비하며, 사용자가 원하는 검사 형태를 입력하면 모터를 구동하여 디스크형 패널을 회전시켜 원하는 검사지(4)가 회전하여 소변기의 중심에 머무르도록 구성하며, 소변검사를 디스플레이 장치(160)에 표시함이 특징이다.
