The present invention relates to albumin nanoparticles exhibiting photoacoustic contrast effect and anticancer effect. More particularly, the albumin nanoparticles include a poorly water soluble substance and melanin, wherein the diameter of the nanoparticles is 100-300 nm. Also, the nanoparticles form self-aggregates, and exhibit photoacoustic contrast effect and anticancer effect.
