PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by preventing the contamination of a suction port due to magnetic substance powder and the phase shift of a functional sheet body in a cutting-off step of cutting off a long sheet member containing the magnetic substance powder to manufacture the functional sheet body.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises a cutting-off step of cutting off a long sheet member 1C containing magnetic substance powder to manufacture the sheets of a functional sheet body 1D. The cutting-off step uses a rotary die cutter 31 and an anvil roller 32, and the anvil roller 32 includes a magnet 34. In the cutting-off step, the long sheet member 1C introduced between the rotary die cutter 31 and the anvil roller 32 is conveyed while being wrapped around the circumferential surface of the anvil roller 32 to cut-off by the rotary die cutter 31 so as to manufacture the sheets of the functional sheet body 1D. The functional sheet body 1D manufactured by cutting off with a cutter blade 33 is conveyed in a state attracted to the peripheral surface of the anvil roller 32 by the magnet 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】磁性体粉末を含有する長尺シート部材を切断して機能性シート体を製造する切断工程において、磁性体粉末による吸引口の汚染や機能性シート体の位相ずれが生じ難く、生産性を向上させること。【解決手段】磁性体粉末を含有する長尺シート部材1Cを切断して枚葉の機能性シート体1Dを製造する切断工程を有する製造方法である。切断工程は、ロータリーダイカッター31とアンビルローラ32とを用い、アンビルローラ32は磁石34を備えている。切断工程では、ロータリーダイカッター31とアンビルローラ32との間に導入された長尺シート部材1Cを、アンビルローラ32の周面に巻き掛けながら搬送し、ロータリーダイカッター31で切断して、枚葉の機能性シート体1Dを製造する。カッター刃33で切断して製造された機能性シート体1Dは磁石34によってアンビルローラ32の周面に引き付けた状態で搬送される。【選択図】図1
