The housing includes amount configured tomount the housing within the air-distribution duct, a battery compartmentadapted to hold thebattery source, and at least one ultraviolet-light passage adapted to pass thegermicidal ultravioletlight from the electrically-operated ultraviolet light source through thehousing.
