PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel stripping device having excellent blood vessel stripping workability, blood vessel stripping method, and blood vessel sampling method.SOLUTION: A blood vessel stripping device 100 includes: a long guide to be inserted along the blood vessel into a living body and an incision device 300 that can be connected to the guide, is inserted into the living body, while being guided by the guide, and incises a tissue in the periphery of the blood vessel in an alignment direction with the blood vessel.
