PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone density reduction inhibition composition which prevents osteoporosis or has an effect of retarding the progression of osteoporosis, is inexpensive and easy to use.
SOLUTION: The bone density reduction inhibition composition contains a phosphorylated saccharide having a degree of polymerization of 11 or more, calcium, and magnesium. The bone density reduction inhibition composition contains at least one of an isoflavone and a fructooligosaccharide. The phosphorylated saccharide having a degree of polymerization of 11 or more is at least one substance selected from phosphorylated dextrin, a phosphorylated polysaccharide, phosphorylated starch, reduced phosphorylated dextrin.
