CONSTITUTION: A portable small solid particle discharger includes a body unit(10), a reception unit(30), an up and down moving unit(50), a blush(70), an elastic unit(100), and a discharging unit(130). The reception unit receives plural solid particles. The blush is moved by the up and down moving unit. The width of the blush is controlled by directions. The elastic unit elastically supports the up and down moving unit by accepting the blush.
