The invention relates to a cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition comprising enkephalin-derived peptides for reducing and/or eliminating facial wrinkles. Said cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition for application in the skin, preferably in the skin of the face, to reduce and/or eliminate facial wrinkles, preferably facial expression wrinkles and comprises a cosmetically or dermopharmaceutically effective amount of a peptide of general formula (I). The invention also relates to the use of the peptide of general formula (I) in the preparation of a cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition reducing and/or eliminating facial wrinkles.
